Latino Farmer Conference
November 17, 2022 - November 18, 2022
$20 – $40The 8th annual Latino Farmer Conference will be held November 17-18 in Escondido, California, at local farms and the California Center for the Arts. The National Center for Appropriate Technology (NCAT) and the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) are proud to present this annual statewide sustainable agriculture conference for Spanish-speaking farmers. This conference brings together the Latino farming community, the agriculture industry, and advocates for sustainability and agribusinesses for two days of workshops, networking and learning with fellow farmers.
After two years of hosting this conference online, we are happy to be able to bring people together again in person. This year’s conference has expanded to include two full days of education and networking. Day one will center around farm tours in the Escondido area; day two will include an exhibitor area, networking opportunities, and presentations on topics relating to conservation, organic, and regenerative agricultural production and business management.
