February 18 @ 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Take a deep dive with the 7th Generation Design team into the world of nutrient cycling
techniques for increasing soil fertility, plant health, and yields, while decreasing costs. Join us for
an introduction to several techniques including vermicomposting, bokashi, compost tea,
thermophilic compost, fermented plant juice, and charcoal and biochar, and then get hands-on
experience in building and operating simple, low-cost, and scalable DIY systems and utilizing their
products. Bring your own lunch.

Instructors: Wes Cook and Casey Pfeifer of 7th Generation Design, a central California-based design
firm that restores ecological function to broad-acre landscapes and creates regenerative
ecosystems that are beautiful, productive and resilient. Helping landowners optimize their home,
